Characteristics:
Colourless or straw coloured water like liquid with a bitter
taste and chrematistic odour. Flammable, soluble in water and
darkens on exposure to air. On addition of organic and/or inorganic
acids, reacts explosively producing intense heat.
Applications & Use:
Production of Furane Resin, surface coatings, pharmaceuticals
specialty polymers, chemically resistant resin, mortar, grouting
